After graduating as Mechanical Engineer from the University of Windsor, Canada, Rahul began his career in sales of industrial refrigeration & compressor technology in Canada, USA and UAE. He then founded Kabu Projects as well as Grain Technik, two companies in the field of industrial air conditioning and is to date CEO and member of the Executive Board of both. Rahul has over 15 years of experience in this field.
Process Engineer holding a Master in Environmental and Process Engineering, an MBA from EUDE, Madrid, Spain, as well as a PhD in the field of postharvest technology from the University of Kassel, Germany. Anna started her career as a research associate in the field of post-harvest preservation technologies at the Institute of Applied Thermo- and Fluid Dynamics (IATF) in Konstanz, Germany. She joined Bühler Germany in 2015 as Food Quality Expert for the Business Area Grain Logistics. After shifting to Bühler India, she headed the Competence Center Paddy to Rice and in addition founded and headed the International Rice Milling Academy. She was furthermore part of the global Bühler Food Safety Expertise team. Anna has more than one decade of experience in the field of post-harvest conservation technologies.
Burkhard is a graduated Industrial Engineer from Darmstadt Institute of Technology, Darmstadt, Germany and started his career there, working as a research assistant at the Mechatronics Institute. He later worked as a R&D Manager at ABB Motors, Germany as well as for ALSTOM, France. Before assuming his current position, he worked as the Head of Engineering for a heavy duty refrigeration company. Burkhard has over 30 years of R&D experience.
